Registration & Pre-Season
Q: Why do we need to register in-person or fax/mail our signed form if we completed the pre-registration and paid online at eAYSO?
A: AYSO requires original signatures on the registration form for players and volunteers. This is a requirement of AYSO's insurance policy which covers all players and volunteers. Also, original documents showing proof of age is required for all players registering for the 1st time.
Q: I registered my child, the season is about to start, but I have not heard from my coach?
A: Due to late registrations and difficulties sometimes finding enough volunteers, some teams may not be finalized until right before the season starts. If you have not heard from your coach 2 weeks prior to the start of the season, email email@example.com for assistance
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Once your registration and payment are submitted, AYSO Region 425 has a no refund policy. We will not issue a refund under any circumstances unless we are unable to place your child on a team.
Games & Other Programs
Q: Where do I pick up my uniform?
A: Your coach will have your uniform at the 1st practice or first game.
Q: What happens if it is raining at the time of my practice, game or clinic?
A: AYSO plays in all weather except storms that produce lightning and flash flood conditions. If you are unsure about the status of a game or practice, call your coach first. They will make the final determination if weather and field conditions are safe for play at the time of your practice or game. Also, we will post a message on our home page (www.playsoccer.org) if a clinic or all games are canceled due to inclement weather.
